Photo essay of vines
All of these wild pictures were taken in my backyard. I got lost this morning in our small patch of woods looking at all the twisting vines and I had fun putting my point-and-shoot camera’s focus to the test (not always successfully). I hope you enjoy looking at these spiraling vines! I think it is amazing what they can do to a tree trunk and how when there is nothing left to spiral around will loop back on themselves. I couldn’t help sneaking in the beautiful dried Rose-of-Sharon still clinging on even after all the windy, winter weather we have had.
