Early Arrivals

I spend what seems like a lot of time in the car.  My kid’s schools are in opposite corners of my world which makes for a 45 minute round trip twice a day 3 days a week.  I pay attention to the road but it can be a little boring and I find my eyes wandering to the sides and the sights especially stopped at a red light or when behind one of those yellow kid-carrying vehicles.  This is what I have been seeing for a long while…

But then one day recently I saw this…

And then this!

Then I looked back to the left and saw this!

They I saw a whole bunch of these!

It’s official, spring’s party has started!

  1. Such lovely smiles! Usually when driving mother makes sure I’m not distracted, but when it comes to flowers she can’t help but point out the window for me to pay attention, however fleeting, to the new flowers. They’re beautiful.

  2. I always wish I had a camera built into my forehead that i could control with my mind when I am driving. I often see such amazing things I want to capture, but can;t without endangering lives or being late, haha.
