Let’s hang out with a bunch of Brown-headed Cowbirds today…

Time to eat!

The gray ones are the female cowbirds and the spotted birds are European Starling.  Blackbirds like to gather in mixed flocks.  I wonder how all the cowbirds find one another since they are abandoned as eggs in the nests of other bird species.

In this post is a young cowbird from this summer with some sparrows (maybe his nest mates).

Music credits…  The Nothing Song by Wayne from Maine from Happy as a Clam which is a super fun kids CD!

Time to fly!  Catch ya later birds!

    • Oh boy, don’t know how I did that! Just fixed it.

Maybe they are getting ready? I don’t know. So many of them though!
