There is a prominent yellow theme around town today.

Driving over to my sister’s house I saw yellow walls,

forsythia round

large happy yellow puffs,

forsythia row

rows and rows of smaller ones,

forsythia strong

lines of yellow reaching up in earnest,

forsythia bow

and some just hangin’ back.

Is it just here or is your neighborhood yellow too?  Please share!

  1. Yep, mine are in full bloom! So happy in feeling, and I wish they would last longer. The problem with mine is after they stop flowering they grow like crazy and hubby has to stay on top of them or they go over the neighbors fence.. Love your drawings!! I can’t wait for my lilacs next.. I see sprouts, but today it is freezing and 34 when I left for work!
