I love avocados! I’m growing an avocado tree so pretty soon I’ll have lots!

Okay well maybe not pretty soon; maybe more like in 4 years (or more).

Avocado trees don’t like the cold so I’ll have to keep it inside.

They can also get really big so I guess I’ll have to prune it.

Turns out to get fruit you need to cross pollinate so I’ll have to grow two.

    • Haha! I don’t have a green thumb so expectations are actually pretty low. I was chanceling my inner childlike optimist here ; )

    • Oh, I’d like to have an aloe plant. Are they easy or hard? The only plant I have been able to keep alive is bamboo.

    • Thanks! Me too! The one thing I don’t know is how to ensure you get a male and female plant. I have heard that some plants can morph into on or the other depending on what is needed but I don’t know if these do.
