Your baby brings you a book. S/he sits up on your lap and together you hardly get through two or three pages before s/he wants to get down. Does this sound familiar?   1. Did you make that poster! It’s excellent! I would love to share it! It has some great ideas!

    For me, I just let the baby explore on his/her own. I just let them flip the pages back to front and front to back again. I encourage touching and feeling – but usually he has lost interest. So, we then move to whatever he wants to do.

      I think letting baby take the lead is a good strategy. In my experience they won’t have it any other way!

    • That’s great! I notice I do a lot of louder/softer and “what’s gonna happen?!” as I feel like I’m losing them.
