Favorite Scented Flowers in Our Yard

scented spring

They are small and not very colorful but these flowers smell so nice! There is the autumn olive tree that takes up half of our backyard and right now, as all its little flowers are opening, the whole yard is filled with its sweet smell. The wild strawberries that grow in the ivy in the front of our house smells fresh and delicate with a hint of strawberry. And then there is the lily of the valley along the side of the house that smells like a very dainty perfume. Close your eyes and use your nose to enjoy these!

There is one more favorite from my mom’s yard, you can see here. Happy Sniffing (unless you have allergies)!
