There is no time for fun here and we certainly don’t lounge our summers away like some one we know!
For starters, we spend a lot of time working in the yard.

Bird Book Bonanza
I have done a lot of bird posts and a lot of book posts but never a bird book post! At least I don’t think… I have told you about my favorite take along guide book and we have another larger guide book with more birds but this is not a field guide or reference book post. In fact between my Golden Guide: Birds and All About Birds online, my identification and basic bird facts needs are covered. Here I have included books to read and enjoy with or about birds!
If we could fly…
Instead of a stroll you might choose to go for a evening glide.
Sports would be different, for example basketball would probably be deemed too easy.
We might choose to have our doors on our roofs.
Roof decks would likely be a lot more popular;
as would tree houses and skyscrapers
(where each apartment could have its own entrance).
Fashion would be a little different to accommodate our wings.
We wouldn’t need foot bridges, stairs, or ladders.
Kids would have an additional milestone to reach.
Flying cars would probably already exist as would the flying equivalent of bicycles.
